What we have here is a cross between a Coleman Powermate and a Troy-Bilt generators.  The Troy-Bilt was ran with out critical lubrication in the engine and it suffered a fate that left it in many small pieces.  The Coleman Powermate generator is about 3 years old and the alternator portion of the generator shorted out and is just not cost effective to replace.  So we took the Subaru engine off of the Coleman and B&S engine off of the Troy-Bilt and repowered the TB with the Subaru.  We call it now the COLE-BUILT generator.  It runs awesome and generates power like a new one should.  Stop by the Rolla store and take a look at this one of a kind machine.
